Thousand Oaks is a 700 acre community located along Magnolia Parkway in Montgomery County, Texas. Themed around horses and nature, this acreage community combines all the best of country living with the convenience and luxury of subdivision amenities.
Thousand Oaks private roadsides are lined with charming 3-rail white horse fences. There are five covered bridges spanning multiple water features throughout the community. Thousand Oaks is a gated community and residents enjoy remote controlled access to both Magnolia Parkway (also known as the FM 1488 Corridor) and Dobbin Huffsmith, which provides easy access to FM 149 and State Highway 249.
Water features cover approximately 65 acres in Thousand Oaks and range from small ponds up to a competition ski lake. Two lakes have boat ramp entries, and one of the lakes features a sandy beach area with swings. Many of the ponds are stocked and ready for a relaxing afternoon of fishing.
The gated subdivision pool with keycard entry for residents only has a fantastic resort style setup with view of the largest lake in Thousand Oaks. Other noteworthy amenities in Thousand Oaks include covered bus stops, basketball and tennis courts, children's play area, and BBQ/picnic facilities.
